FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS - Initial Driving Lesson (1 hour 30 min) – Essential for all new customers who are new to ExceLerate.

This first lesson provides the extra time essential for the Instructor to determine your knowledge, experience and confidence level - and so you can become familiar with the vehicle.

A custom-built plan can then be devised to teach you all the skills necessary to become a calm, cautious and confident driver which will assist you to pass your driving test.

Ongoing Driving Lessons (1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours or 3 hours) – Following your initial lesson, ongoing lessons are structured to meet your learning requirements.

These could be motorway entry/exit, heavy traffic areas, reverse parallel parking (this strikes fear into most student’s hearts but they’re really quite simple), reverse angle parking, 3-point turns, country driving etc

Refresher Driving Lessons (1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours) – These are ideal lessons if you’ve had a break in your driving, or you’re an international driver wanting to gain their Aussie licence, or you simply want to refresh yourself on the changes to road rules and driving requirements.

P-Plate Drivers Licence Preparation Test (2 hours 30 min) – This is an ideal booking for learner drivers on the day of their P's test.

This booking includes a 1-hour ‘nerve settler’ lesson prior to the test, your Instructor will then wait whilst you complete the test (40 min) and will then drive you home – hopefully with a smile on your face! This is all included in the 2.5 hour booking.

This lesson can be completed in the ExceLerate Driving school’s car or your own private car.

Senior Refresher Driving Preparation (1 hour 30 min) – In NSW, before your 85th birthday you can decide whether you’d like to keep an unrestricted driver’s licence or choose a modified licence.

You’ll then revisit this decision every 2 years so these are ideal lessons to help update you on the latest road rules, provide feedback on areas for improvement, and increase your knowledge of 'Fail items' for undertaking a driving test at Service NSW. You can take this before completing the Senior Driving Assessment.

Corporate Refresher (1 hour 30 min) – These lessons are ideal for companies or organisations who provide their employees or contractors with company owned vehicles and want to refresh their road rule knowledge.

It provides reassurance to employers and employees that they are ‘up t speed’ on road rules, roundabouts, stop signs, following distance requirements, your responsibilities in the event of an accident etc.
